Throughout my career, I've been dedicated to fostering a deeper understanding of the European Union and advocating for a nuanced perspective on its role and significance.
Where I'm based:
Brussels, however, occasionally spend some working days in Budapest as well.

Profile
Zsolt holds both his degree in Political Science from Eötvös Loránd University in Budapest, where he is currently pursuing his PhD. His research interests encompass the evolution of political thought, alternative democracy concepts, and political futurism. His doctoral thesis investigates the democracies of CEE, applying the framework of Non-Western democracy theory. Prior to his current role at DemSoc, Zsolt worked at a Hungarian pro-democracy NGO for five years, actively engaging with various grassroots associations. Moved to Brussels with his partner in 2023, he started working at DemSoc in Feb 2024. In his free time, Zsolt listens to podcasts and rock music. He also enjoys cooking and indulging in sci-fi books and movies.
